The RooferFuel ROI Guarantee

Positive ROI in 90 days — or we work free until you get it. Here's exactly how it works.

How It Works

1

You activate

You choose a tier, pay the $997 activation fee, and your 90-day activation period begins. During these 90 days, you pay your monthly base fee and per-appointment fees as normal.

2

We track everything

Every appointment, every closed job, and every dollar of revenue attributed to your RooferFuel system is tracked in your dashboard. You can see your cumulative spend vs. cumulative revenue at any time.

3

Day 90 — the check

On day 90, we compare your total revenue from RooferFuel-attributed jobs against your total spend (setup fee + monthly fees + appointment fees). If revenue exceeds spend, congratulations — you're in profit, and billing continues as normal.

4

If you're not in profit

Your monthly base fee drops to $0 immediately. We keep delivering appointments, running your AI, managing your SEO, and building your pipeline — at our cost. You still pay per-appointment fees only, because you're only paying when we deliver a real person who wants a roof. The moment your cumulative revenue exceeds your cumulative spend, normal billing resumes automatically.

Key Details

What counts as revenue?

Revenue from jobs that were booked through your RooferFuel AI — calls answered by AI, chats converted by AI, and appointments booked through the platform. Jobs from your existing referral network or other sources don't count.

What do I pay during the free period?

Per-appointment fees only. Your base monthly fee ($697/$997/$1,297) drops to $0. You still pay $400/$300/$200 per qualified appointment we deliver. This keeps a fair exchange: you only pay when we deliver value.

Is there back-billing?

No. When you hit positive ROI and normal billing resumes, it resumes from that date forward. We don't retroactively charge for the free months.

Can I cancel during the free period?

Yes. You can cancel anytime after your 90-day activation period, whether you're in the free period or not. 30 days notice.

How long does the free period last?

Until your cumulative revenue exceeds your cumulative spend. For most contractors at Burn, this is 1–2 additional months. There's no cap.
